
Maria Bablyak is a Sustainable Design and Architecture Consultant specializing in Renewable Energy, Strategy, Project Management, and Technology Innovations. Based in Washington, D.C., she brings a global perspective shaped by work across the USA, Europe, and West Africa.
Maria currently serves as Strategic Advisor for the Global Connective Center, LLC, led by US Army (retired) General John Wharton. She is the Founder and CEO of Art of Analysis, Co-Founder of Dream Habitat LLC (a veteran-owned company), and serves as Project Manager with the US Department of Transportation. She is the developer of the DREAM HABITAT project — a visionary initiative focused on sustainable building methods and natural materials that foster international relations.
An experienced Architectural Designer, Manager, and Inventor, Maria holds a patent for a system and method for passive solar houses, buildings, and skyscrapers with integrated aquaponics, greenhouse, and mushroom cultivation. She was educated at the Mukhina (Baron Steiglitz) State Academy of Art and Design in St. Petersburg, Russia, and has built a distinguished career spanning interior design, architecture, and strategic consulting across three decades.
